Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BoschPilot and its Kohi AI voice receptionist (the “Service”), operated by BoschPilot (“BoschPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your clinic or organization.
1. The Service
BoschPilot is business-to-business (B2B) subscription software built for dental clinics. Our Kohi AI voice receptionist answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, captures leads, and handles routine patient questions on your clinic’s behalf. The Service is intended for use by dental clinics and their staff, not by individual consumers or patients directly.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Certain plans also include a one-time setup fee charged at the start of your subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you purchase a subscription, your order and payment are fulfilled by Paddle, who is responsible for handling the transaction, charging your payment method, collecting applicable taxes, and issuing invoices. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. You authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable setup fee and taxes on a recurring basis.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- Provide inaccurate clinic, patient, or scheduling information that could mislead callers.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to patients, other users, or our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kohi is an automated assistant and may not handle every call perfectly; it is not a substitute for professional or emergency judgment, and your clinic remains responsible for patient care and for maintaining appropriate human coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoschPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or missed appointments. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For US clinics whose use of the Service involves Protected Health Information, HIPAA-related obligations are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement rather than these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your transaction through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
